Position Purpose:

Join Mount Carmel Home Care as a Primary Care Nurse. We have a growing census of patients that require both IV and infusion in the home setting, which would enable you to provide that service with that population group – along with the other services needed with home care.

What You Will Do:

• Deliver skilled nursing care with a focus on infusion therapy

• Develop and implement patient care plans

• Educate patients and families on managing illnesses at home

• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care

• Use industry-leading EMR systems to document patient care accurately and efficiently

Minimum Qualifications:

• Current RN license in the state of Ohio

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with strong infusion therapy skills

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
