Amergis Healthcare is actively looking for a Public Health RN that would be interested in a 13 Week, Part-Time Contract in Columbus, NC. Additional details of the contract are below:

Position : Registered Nurse – CMARC and CMHRP Program Case Manager

CMARC- Case Management for At Risk Children

CMHRP- Case Management High Risk Pregnancy

• Patient population is low income

• Medicaid

• High risk pregnancies for CMHRP Program

• Social/behavioral issues for CMARC Program

Location: Columbus, NC

Pay Rate (Local): $35 - $39 Per Hour

Schedule:

• Day Shift, 15 hours per week

• Flexible based on caseload

• Will require traveling to in-home visits with clients

• Charting/documenting/case planning will be done remote

Duration:

• 13 Weeks (Likely Extension)

Requirements:

• BSN

• 2+ years of nursing/case management experience

• Kind, Passionate and flexible team player

• Customer service oriented, passionate to help others. Must be able to teach/mentor

• Strong communication and documentation skills

• Personal laptop for charting
