The Technical Training Coordinator is based in our Columbia, Maryland service facility. This person will work closely with the Service team to facilitate training efforts, coordinate onboarding, develop curriculum, track progress and qualifications for employees, and other activities as regards Training for Service in North America. In addition, this person will work closely with Rohde and Schwarz USA Inc.'s, Learning and Development Manager to align Service training requirements with the broader corporate mission and planning for training and development for employees.

Your tasks

• Provide guidance and set requirements for training program for Service Technicians.
• Establish, monitor, adjust training curriculum for Service Technician apprenticeship program
• Shape and refine onboarding process for Service personnel
• Track and report on employee development plans
• Establish mechanism for tracking employee qualifications for positions within Service Department

Your qualifications

• Degree in Education or commensurate experience
• Project Management experience is required
• Strong communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft office products
• Experience in instructional design is preferred
• Working knowledge of RF technology, metrology, calibration is preferred
• Experience developing curriculum for RF/Electronics technicians is preferred.
• Project Lead the Way experience preferred
• US Citizenship is required
