Summary Responsible for assisting the Loan Administration Manager in the completion of daily workload and tasks, cross-training, preparing, processing and verifying all documentation pertinent to consumer and commercial loans from all regions of the bank; and maintaining thorough understanding and continuing knowledge regarding, regulatory loan compliance, state laws, bank's credit policy, internal procedures, consumer disclosures, including but not limited to, TRID, RESPA, HMDA, Regulation B, and any other overlapping areas of compliance related to loan documentation and ser

Essential Duties and Responsibilities Maintains a current knowledge and consistent compliance with Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) requirements, Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA), as well as other Regulations, bank policies and procedures related to the position. Maintains thorough understanding and continuing knowledge regarding, regulatory loan compliance, state laws, bank's credit policy, internal procedures, consumer disclosures including but not limited to TRID, RESPA, HMDA and any other overlapping areas of compliance related to loan servi Assist with and act as a reference point to Loan Administration Specialists (Service Team) in their various loan process and system duties. Assisting the Loan Administration Manager in training and leading the Loan Service team. May assist the Loan Administration Manager in establishing and attaining internal performance objectives for department accuracy and timeliness. Conduct trainings as appropriate for the Loan Service team. Acting as a source of knowledge on loan documentation, bank policies and bank procedures for Loan Service team and Loan Assistants. Look for ways to keep team engaged and producing while keeping morale high. Accurately prepares all loan documentation required to properly document a loan and perfect the banks' security interest in collateral, ensuring compliance with state laws, regulatory agencies, bank's internal procedures and policy requirements. Inputs loan information into various operating systems (including Laser Pro and the core system). Ensure loan serviced in accordance with the loan documentation and/or bank procedure. Works through quality control process to ensure accuracy. Maintains checklists and worksheets for department compliance. Meets department service level agreement deadlines as appropriate. Informs supervisors, Relationship Manager an /or Loan Assistant of any file issues including, but not limited to, insurance requirements, credit bureau reporting, escrow servicing, HMDA documentation, Non-Originated processing, missing documentation and/or the need for follow-up. Correction of any system or loan documentation as needed. Monitor and track incoming workload for all team members to ensure workload is balanced. Preferred Education and/or Experience: 3 years of loan administration experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
