Aston Carter Payroll Specialist in Collierville, Tennessee

Description:

  • This candidate will be responsible for processes and following up with ADP Garnishment cases through Smart Compliance.

  • There will communication (chat and phone) back and forth with ADP as well as lawyer offices for missing information to process and follow up on Garnishments.

  • They will "work the portal" and will assist with pulling/coding invoices from ADP and sending to the appropriate person within FedEx.

  • Payroll Specialist will also work in the portal to “chat” or get clarification to further research cases. They might also have to reach out to the attorney’s office to get additional info.

  • Responsible for pulling reporting and analyzing the information.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma

  • Bachelor or Associates preferred

  • Must have experience with Payroll and Garnishments (potentially experience from a law office or court system - they might be familiar with garnishment requests and sending them out)

  • Experience with ADP is a nice to have

  • Able to work independently

  • Possess a strong attention to detail

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) - this person will be communicating daily with internal teams and external vendors
