The Sherwin-Williams Company Data Literacy Operations Analyst in Cleveland, Ohio

The Operations Analyst is responsible for ensuring that data resources and tools are accessible to the enterprise and that the learning management system (LMS) is continually maintained. The Operations Analyst will partner with fellow members of the Data and Insights Literacy team and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure that developed content and learning resources are properly synced and available via the LMS system and will oversee linking learning results to performance systems. Success in this role is reflected by efficient and effective LMS administration, optimized learning experiences, and enhanced data literacy across the enterprise. CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS: Ensure that data resources and tools are accessible to the enterprise Maintain the LMS and synchronize LMS opportunities across different departments in the organization Track learner progress and provide reporting on learning outcomes to link to performance systems Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote data literacy and support workforce development initiatives Monitor and evaluate current LMS strategies, making recommendations and leading implementation of new LMS technologies and best practices Analyze data to identify trends, gaps and opportunities to improve the LMS and learning experiences, and to enhance data literacy across the enterprise Work proactively and collaboratively with cross-functional stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve, innovate, and expand data-driven initiatives FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Technology, or in lieu of related degree, at least 6 years of experience in data analysis, LMS administration, or learning and development Preferred: Professional certifications (e.g., Associate Professional in Talent Development (APTD)) preferred KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: 2+ years of experience in data analysis and/or learning and development Experience in managing an LMS or other similar learning technology platforms Experience in project management, handling multiple tasks simultaneously, and collaborating across stakeholder groups TECHNICAL/SKILL REQUIREMENTS: Required: Learning Management Systems (LMS) (e.g., Oracle Learning Cloud, MindTickle) Data Visualization Tools (e.g., Tableau and MicroStrategy) Performance Management Systems Data Analysis Travel 10% Sherwin-Williams is proud to be an Affirmative Action, Equal Employment Opportunity, Inclusion and Diversity Supportive Employer.
