Who are you?

 

  • Security-cleared Professional:  You have made it through the process of receiving a United States government security clearance – congratulations! We know you are a trustworthy intel professional because you have an active Secret security clearance.

  • Education is important to us:  You have a Bachelor’s degree with:

    • Senior level – 8+ years
  • We need your experience:   To be successful in this role, you will need to have 8+ years of experience in a Digital Analyst role.

  • Work from home:  Position is fully remote with occasional travel to the main work site for special events.

     

    What we do:

     

    The Digital Performance Analyst (DPA) will support the Product Manager to make sure their service meets performance requirements.

     

    What you’ll do:

     

    • Communicates service performance against key indicators to internal and external stakeholders.

    • Ensures high-quality analysis of agency transaction data.

    • Supports digital platforms and real-time collection and presentation of data.

    • Shares examples of best practice in digital performance management across government.

    • Identifies delivery obstacles to improve transactional performance in agencies and working with teams to overcome those obstacles.
