Seeking a skilled Class A Assemblerwith experience in plenums/driver for air-cooled heat exchangers. Must be proficient in tasks such as tube expansion, hydro and dry out processes, and N2 purge. The ideal candidate will have the ability to teach and instruct others on all assembly tasks, including reading blueprints, calculating expansion measurements, and operating tube expansion equipment. Responsibilities also include plug and cover duties, testing procedures, and overhead crane and forklift operation. Strong communication skills are essential for teaching and leading others in the assembly of air-cooled heat exchangers or similar industries. Candidates should be physically capable of working on their feet six days per week, lifting 50 lbs., and have rigging knowledge for overhead crane operations.
