Actalent Services is an entry to intermediate CAD Drafter with experience in Solidworks to support our client in Clackamas!

Description:

CAD technician will be responsible for creating 3D models using Solidworks for pump components, assembly drawings and other miscellaneous duties. They will also be responsible for managing processes such as Bill of Materials, Engineering Change Notices and Dimensional Prints.

Duties:

• Generate 3D models of pump components for pump design, assembly drawings, and part procurement.

• Develop official assembly and component drawings, as well as related instructions, based on the created 3D models.

• Draft detailed drawings to facilitate parts fabrication by machine shops or external suppliers.

• Create 3D assemblies and drawings to ensure interference-free assembly.

• Manage processes such as Bills of Materials (BOMs), Engineering Change Notices (ECNs), dimensional prints, and exploded view drawings.

Skills:

Solidworks, Design, BOM, Mechanical Drafting, Engineering Change Notices.
