Phlebotomy Educator, First Shift, Outreach Operations Department UC Health is hiring a full-time Phlebotomy Educator for the outreach operations department for first shift at University of Cincinnati Medical Center. The Phlebotomy Educator will be responsible for identifying the education needs for new and existing associates. They will develop and implement a training program that focuses on streamlining the training process, while also improving the associates technical and customer service skills. They will ensure that all associates throughout the entire outreach department have the same training regardless of the site they are covering, and they will focus on phlebotomy, processing, and customer service. • Minimum Required: High School Diploma or GED
• Preferred: Associate's degree in healthcare
• Minimum Required: 1-2 years equivalent experience
• Preferred: 3-5 years equivalent experience
• Required: Phlebotomy Certification, knowledge of phlebotomy, specimen processing, computers, and customer service
