Job Overview The Lindner Center of HOPE is recruiting a full time Advanced Practice Nurse. This position is for a professional advanced practice nurse who has acquired advanced knowledge and clinical skills in the management of patients with psychiatric diagnoses. The Advanced Practice Nurse provides comprehensive care to patients including consultation, collaboration, medication management, and referral. Lindner Center of HOPE is a nationally renowned psychiatric center of excellence located in Mason, Ohio, committed to providing transformational, state of the art diagnosis and treatment to patients of all ages at every level of care. LCOH is part of the UC Health network and affiliated with the Mayo Clinic and the National Network of Depression Centers. Essential Functions Implements advanced practice through the provision of direct care Develops and implements plan for the management of acute and episodic problems including disease management, counseling, health promotion and maintenance, and treatment interventions consistent with practice standards Provides periodic assessments Evaluates patient outcomes to identify progress or to adapt treatment plan as needed Arranges referrals to other health care team members or community resources as needed Prescribes medication within scope of practice Performs review of systems with emphasis on acute and episodic health issues Maintains practices to ensure compliance with all applicable OTP and OBOT regulations Collaborates with members of the interdisciplinary team Serves as a resource for all other members of the interdisciplinary team related to provision of care Works closely with psychiatrists, therapists, and other staff to provide best treatment to patients Facilitates evidence based interdisciplinary care and assists in the development of standards of practice Participates in the continuous improvement of the organization through the quality improvement process Completes monitors for assigned indicators Supports business development through comm
