Michel Company is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Delivery Drivers. If you're committed to safety, customer service, and making timely deliveries, then we want YOU on board! Responsibilities: Safely operate delivery trucks, including 12', 16', 26', or flatbed vehicles. Ensure safe loading and unloading of products. Make timely deliveries to customer locations with professionalism and courtesy. Maintain vehicles, including checking fluids and keeping interior/exterior clean. Complete delivery records accurately and efficiently. Utilize good interpersonal skills to interact with co-workers and customers. Requirements: Valid driver's license. Ability to pass required DOT physical. Satisfactory, safe driving record. Proficiency in reading maps/directions for efficient deliveries. Knowledge of material handling equipment for safe product movement. Must be at least 18 years old to operate forklift (if applicable). Ability to operate manual transmission (if applicable). Work Environment: Fast-paced environment where frequent interruptions may occur. Requires frequent bending, climbing, movement and lifting during physical loading/unloading of trucks and when stocking products. The employee is occasionally exposed to extreme cold and extreme heat. The work schedule is typically Monday through Friday and some Saturday (half day). This is a safety sensitive position.
