What will you be doing?

• Managing customer order processing: entry, inspection, change processing, calculating, packaging.

• Maintains customer-required websites and customer-specific reporting.

• Assisting the Accounting department with invoicing issues as needed.

• Assisting the Shipping and/or Regulatory Compliance department with coordinating communication with freight forwarders or 3PLs as needed.

• Manages customer return workflows.

• Provides assistant to the Industrial Support team per their request

• Manages customer quote and other (non-order related) requests.

• Ensures the account owner is notified of critical projects, issues, changes, etc. pertinent to customer accounts.

• Assists the account owners with various customer requests as needed.

• Communicates professionally and timely with internal and external customers and suppliers.

• Oversees and ensure all assigned non-conformance reports are closed in a timely manner.

• Ensures work instructions, policies, forms, and other controlled documentation is accurate.

Required SkillsRequired Experience

All candidates must meet the following minimum requirements to be considered for this opportunity:

• High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 2 years of experience. Associates Degree in related field may substitute for 1-2 years of related experience.

  The following may be used to differentiate candidates who apply for this position:

• Experience in data entry.

• Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM and Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.

• Prior customer service experience.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with staff and management.

• Experience resolving technical issues.

• Good problem analysis/resolution skills.

  Your Total Rewards Package

  The range of base salary for the position is between $19.00 - $24.52 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
