Inside Sales Staff. Pay based on experience. The ideal candidate will have some working knowledge of construction or remodeling or familiar with the trades. Must have customer service skills or the aptitude to politely and professionally meet and greet customers. Has a "want to learn" attitude! Must be comfortable with a computer and familiar with phone etiquette. This position will mainly be in the store assisting customers but at times we all do a little of everything including loading customers and unloading deliveries. An individual that knows paint or is interested in paint and has an aptitude to learn, is also needed.
