JPMorgan Chase Value Added Services Business Manager - Vice President in Chicago, Illinois

As a Value Added Services Business Manager - Vice President within the Treasury Service payments business at JPMorgan Chase, you will be at the forefront of promoting transformation. You will be directly responsible for promoting results and ensuring transparency for business performance across a wide range of initiatives. This high-impact, high-visibility role will see you managing all key Finance & Business Management (F&BM) activities in support of the Value Added Services (VAS) business, covering Business to Business Payables, Integrated Receivables and Supplier Acceptance teams. You will be conducting robust analytics supporting senior product leaders to ensure transparency around business performance promoters and support end-to-end business management activities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Support senior leader stakeholders (3 MD and 1 ED) responsible for Payments VAS product strategy and growth

  • Plan and coordinate monthly business reviews with product leaders covering overall Payments VAS business along with 3 sub-components; Business to Business Payables, Integrated Receivables and Supplier Acceptance teams

  • Develop senior leadership presentation content highlighting growth opportunities for Payments VAS business and business performance metric

  • Develop and maintain multi-year forecast view for each product and align on growth targets with product leads

  • Develop strong cross-functional relationships with product owners, tech leads, P&A and other key stakeholders to successfully partner on execution, delivery and reporting

  • Liaise and collaborate with business partners to conduct financial modeling, business case analyses, and develop ad hoc analysis

  • Lead presentations on financial performance and coordinate business reviews, all-hands and Payments VAS leadership meetings

  • Collaborate closely with product development and other functional partners to understand the business demand, capacity planning, and project execution

  • Challenge the status quo by looking for process improvements and implementing them where appropriate

  • Responsible for people development and performance management, coaching and mentoring

Required Qualifications, Skills and Capabilities:

  • BA/BS degree + 8 years experience in finance and business management focused roles

  • Strong leadership skills with experience working in a demanding global environment

  • Proven ability to collaborate closely with senior leadership on the most critical initiatives for the business

  • Excellent written, visual, and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop compelling storylines, highlight take-aways, lead meetings with senior business partners

  • Ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment and work independently

  • Strong sense of ownership. Takes full responsibility for complete, end-to-end delivery, and impact. Proactive in identifying next steps and executing and soliciting feedback

  • Exceptional analytical skills; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are required
