JPMorgan Chase Trade & Working Capital- Payments- Product Delivery Business Analyst -Vice President in Chicago, Illinois

As a Product Delivery Manager in Trade & Working Capital, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.

Job responsibilities

  • Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination

  • Leads the completion of change management activities across functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements

  • Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

  • Discuss, understand and document the full functional scope of a change initiative

  • Provide and own detailed documented requirements for technology changes along with user journeys and other supporting artefacts

  • Define and own a functional roadmap for the change initiative

  • Participate in workstream Agile ceremonies to elaborate on the requirements and impart SME knowledge

  • Provide detailed functional impact at the initiation stage of a change or a project, identify and escalate functional risks throughout the lifecycle of the project

  • Discuss with stakeholders and assign business priority against individual components of a change initiative

  • Functionally support go-live and immediate after-care, perform ad-hoc data analysis to support the Trade business

  • Participate in third-party vendor projects during proof-of-concepts, analysis and implementation

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5 years or more experience in Product Delivery and/or a relevant domain area

  • Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities

  • Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes

  • Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies

  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills, and analysis skills

  • Ability to resolve high level conflicts by making broad decisions or negotiating with affected senior management

  • Experience in working in Agile environment

  • Experience in working with global partners

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years experience in Trade & Working Capital (T&WC). Hands on experience in T&WC Technology or Operations is an added benefit

  • 3+ years experience in Supply Chain Finance and/or Receivables Finance

  • Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics

Jersey City,NJ $117,800.00 - $185,000.00 / year
