Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced RPA Project Manager to lead the design, development, and implementation of robotic process automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT project management, robotics, and finance, with a proven track record of successfully managing and delivering complex automation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of RPA projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, and operations, to identify and prioritize automation opportunities.

  • Develop detailed project plans, including scope, schedule, resources, and risk management.

  • Manage project stakeholders, including communication, expectations, and change management.

  • Oversee the development and testing of automation solutions, ensuring they meet business requirements and comply with internal standards and best practices.

  • Monitor and report on project progress, including key performance indicators and project metrics.

  • Provide guidance and support to the RPA development team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven environment.

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in RPA and related technologies, continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on automation or technology projects.

  • Minimum 3 years of process design and process improvement experience

  • Strong understanding of RPA tools and technologies, such as UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

  • Experience in finance or accounting processes and systems is highly desirable.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
