Description

We are currently seeking a versatile Project Manager to join our small yet dynamic professional services team. This role demands proficiency in managing projects while also conducting Business Analysis activities. The ideal candidate will be able to engage with multiple projects, navigate implementation processes, and maintain excellent communication with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

1. Manage project requests and coordinate with stakeholders throughout the project development life cycle.

2. Balance roles between Project Management and Business Analysis.

3. Evaluate potential products and systems suitable for implementation.

4. Lead small-to-medium size projects, such as system implementations for an expanding immigration group.

5. Develop executive summaries, gather requirements, and manage various implementation projects simultaneously.

6. Stakeholder management, ensuring communication lines are open and project progress is accurately reported.

7. Understand and work within a primarily waterfall project management methodology.

   Requirements

8. Demonstrated experience as a Project Manager and Business Analyst, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment.

9. Ability to hit the ground running, taking on an existing project workload.

10. Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholder groups concurrently.

11. Proficient at cloud system implementations.

12. Strong writing skills with the ability to produce a range of documents, including executive summaries, test plans, requirements, and project documentation.
