Description:

Testing depends on the products they are working on:

• Property testing (FTIR, Karl Fisher moisture content, tear/tensile strength testing, solubility testing, analytical instrumentation - GC, LCMS, HPLC)

• Recording and documenting data/results

• Equipment calibration

• Attending R&D meetings

Very similar to roles in the other Group, will be doing bench and wet chemistry testing and analytical testing based on the product and project work they are doing.

Will be tied to a mentor who will designate the types of tests and work done.

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

BS in chemistry/chemical engineering preferred; other stem degrees will work but you must have strong chemistry skills and interests

1-2 years of experience outside of school (related industries applicable - inks, coatings, paints, adhesives & paper)

Must be very knowledgeable about the lab work and testing/projects
