This full-time position offers a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, typically WFH on Mondays and Fridays) and competitive compensation.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of IP litigation experience
• Strong federal and state filing experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work well with others
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and proofread pleadings, motions, and briefs
• Manage cases, coordinate with courts, clients, and opposing counsel
• Assist with discovery requests, trial preparation, and e-filing
• Maintain client files and manage attorney calendars
• Handle billing, conflict checks, and travel arrangements
