JPMorgan Chase Commercial Banking Learning Program Manager, Associate in Chicago, Illinois

As a Learning Program Manager in Commercial Banking , you will provide project management support for front office Global Banking teams in CB. In this role you will find yourself working closely with front office partners and cross line of business partners.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the management of the entire project lifecycle for designated training initiatives

  • Communicate with senior management regarding project progress and decisions; develop effective PowerPoint presentations and project update materials suitable for senior executives

  • Monitor individual and team projects on an ongoing basis; evaluate progress, develop issue resolution processes and take appropriate steps for escalation if needed

  • Manage team resources including team meeting agendas and calendar, website, SharePoint, Teams, learning management system and video portal

  • Provide comprehensive analytical support to the CB Learning team using Excel to analyze and action survey results, training audience, attendance and program metrics

  • Lead post-implementation review by evaluating project results using the Kirkpatrick model

  • Identify and recommend best practices and enhancements to be included in standards and procedures for project management

  • Create and maintain project plans and job aids to define purpose, roles, tasks and deliverables

  • Communicate efficiently project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Project management experience

  • Able to work in fast paced environment while liaising with all project stakeholders on an ongoing basis

  • Ability to lead and influence project teams

  • Proven ability as a self-starter, detail-oriented, well organized, strong decision-making skills and able to multi-task effectively

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong PowerPoint (including PitchPro) skills to develop presentations for all levels of management

  • Ability to interpret and analyze data including use of Excel pivot tables and VLOOKUPs

  • Strong SharePoint and Microsoft Teams development and maintenance skills

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • A Bachelor's Degree

  • Prior experience working with CB sub LOBs and front office sales functions and/or cross function support areas

  • Understanding of payments products and functionality

  • Experience in training and/or readiness activities

  • SharePoint site ownership experience

  • Experience planning both in-person and virtual training programs
