Job Description
Reporting to the Assistant Dean, Student Services & Academic Advising the Assistant Director, Student Services supports all activities related to student records, registration and academic advising. With a particular focus on managing the creation and maintenance of student records, this role plays a significant role in facilitating a positive student experience and ensuring that student complete degree requirements on time. Participate in registration activities, including creating content and instructions for student communications, registering students and performing overrides. Manage process of creation for personalized course worksheets for students in all programs. Coordinates with individual program academic advisors to ensure that degree requirements are documented and communicated clearly. Participate in registration activities, including creating content and instructions for student communications, registering students and performing overrides. Monitor individual class enrollments and manages waitlists. Provide guidance and assistance to students on planning class schedules, course sequencing and prerequisites, and course selection. Respond to inquiries and provides clarification on Graduate Management Programs and University academic policies. Monitor individual class enrollments and manages waitlists.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree Required.
3-5 years of relevant experience, in a student facing higher education environment or in a customer service role. Experience with academic plans and working with student information systems a plus.
Range $55-840 - $69,800
