Job Description:
High school diploma and/or a technical vocational high school diploma; 1+ years of experience
Performs a variety of general manual labor tasks including, but not limited to, lifting and moving materials, loading and unloading vehicles, pulling cables and other activities in a helping or assisting mode.
May perform simple repairs on machinery or minor repairs to buildings.
Ability to use hand tools such as hammer, screwdriver, wrenches, etc.
Participates in special projects as required.
Must be able to obtain all necessary badges (DBIDS and shipyard).
Able to work on and climb ladders, work in extreme temperature environments, aboard ships, in shipyards, under industrial conditions and in confined spaces.
Performs other duties as assigned
Must be able to lift, carry and transport heavy equipment and boxes up to 75 lbs.
Travel (within and outside of the continental United States) Maybe required for 20% of the time
Must be a US Citizen

The likely hourly rate for this position is between $18.88 - $25.54. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
