Supply Chain Analyst (Contract Role)

Location: Charlotte, NC

Shift: 6 AM - 4 PM (Shift 1)

Availability: Open for OT and weekends

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Supply Chain Analyst to join our team at our Charlotte warehouse as part of our new SAP portal implementation. This is a contract role with a focus on optimizing and managing supply chain processes through the new system. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in supply chain SAP tools, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage supply chain SAP tools within the warehouse environment.

• Collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure smooth integration of the SAP and supplier portal.

• Conduct regular audits and performance reviews of the supplier portal tool to identify areas of improvement.

• Provide feedback to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of the tool.

• Configure systems within Supply Chain sites with a detail-oriented mindset.

• Work with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and optimize the new supplier portal tool.

• Manage warehouse data to reduce risks and validate information received from suppliers.

• Create and generate ASNs (Advanced Shipping Notices) within the new Supplier Portal.

• Analyze data and methods to predict and improve products and services for suppliers.

• Review information from suppliers in detail to ensure accuracy.

• Optimize processes to provide high-quality service and products with adequate information.

Skill Requirements:

• Proven experience in implementing and managing supply chain SAP tools.

• Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.

• Experience in a warehouse environment or a supply chain role.

• Understanding of supply chain and warehousing principles.

• Proficiency in digital systems, critical thinking, and problem-solving.

• Detail-oriented with a focus on system configuration and data validation.

Training: Comprehensive training will be provided to ensure familiarity with our systems and processes.

Pay Details: $38.25 per hour
