Wells Fargo Senior Finance Analyst- Affluent / Premier Banking in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to provide forecasting and analytical support for the Affluent Segment within CSBB.

In this role, you will:

  • Provide finance, data, and analytical support to the Affluent / Premier banking business with respect to strategic efforts.

  • Efforts will require cross-functional coordination with partners across CSBB and WIM finance

  • Support will also include regular reporting and updates to senior level finance and business partners. This role will report directly to the Affluent / Premier Banking CFO and have visibility across all levels of finance and the business

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Finance experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Significant and proven experience with creating/developing presentation materials for senior executive level audience

  • Perform ad hoc analyses/requests originating from Affluent Segment executive management.

  • Support the development of financial strategies and customized analytics to improve the financial performance and risk profile of the Affluent Segment.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) skills

  • Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate and work effectively with others

  • Ability to effectively partner and collaborate with both business and finance constituents

  • Assist in the advancement of broader Finance objectives. This includes facilitating strategic decisions and outcomes, providing thought leadership that either enhances existing processes or introduces incremental opportunities and enabling the broader team to continue to operate optimally
