Your Role

Reporting to the National Sea Logistics Drayage Manager you will play an essential role to success of Kuehne+Nagel Dray Logistics including dispatching and monitoring movement of containers for the customers. You will ensure smooth and constant information between all stakeholders. You will be in charge of the entire process from receiving until invoicing and closing.

Your Responsibilities

• You will assign, rate, and send delivery orders accurately to ensure the best possible service, while mitigating cost for the company

• Understanding your assigned geographical market for ports and ramps

• Monitor shipments to ensure all status are completed timely

• You will work alongside internal and external stakeholders to meet load expectations and communicate any shipment updates

• Document any service failures or exceptional events on the file

• You will address financial transactions with relevant parties by working in conjunction with the accounting department and team management to assure payables are on time• Collect and organize data for reporting

• Seek constant self-development through K+N Learning initiatives on operational systems,markets, policies, and behaviors • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to provide excellent customer service

Your Skills and Experiences

• High School Degree / Diploma

• 2 years' Sea Logistics experience

• 2+ years' Industry

• High knowledge of Logistics, Operations and Import/Export regulations

• You have the ability to work a Hybrid schedule with 4 days in the office and 1 day working remote

• You have the ability to travel for business reasons

• Analytical & critical thinking skills
