Job Description

Insight Global is looking for someone to support customer operations with one of our pulp & paper clients. This person will be supporting all field service activities, support others in the field, and/or travel to the customer location to deliver critical hands-on support. This will be accomplished by traveling around the Southeast and:

• performing start-ups and commissioning services

• doing inspections and condition assessments

• doing tune-ups (process & emissions)

• troubleshooting

• outage planning and execution

• construction advisory

• emergency assistance

• preparing daily reports while maintaining customer relationships

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in boilers and field service

• the ability to pass Canada's background check and travel there

• have experience working with power or recovery boilers

• Bachelor's or associate degree

• have basic computer skills

• be open to at least 50% travel - evaporation and recaust experience

• power generation market (utility and industrial plants)

• CFB and BFB boilers null
