Position Overview TheMCM and Rentals Managerwill plan, direct, and/or coordinate the management of the Mark C. Marin Center, campus rentals, and events. Supervisory Responsibilities: * - Coordinates the activities of MCM staff, contractors, and contract employees. - Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations of staff. Duties/Responsibilities Manages and supervises the administration, improvement, maintenance, and general operations of the MCM Center. Manages rentals of all school properties, including the MCM Gymnasium, Prior Jolleck Hall, Fishman Family Field, and the Christensen Courtyard, for all internal and external events. Coordinates set-up of required/requested materials/equipment for events. Works closely with the Buildings and Grounds Manager to design, schedule, and coordinate the MCM Center's general upkeep, major repairs, remodeling, or construction projects. Coordinate maintenance of gym equipment and challenge courses. Coordinates and manages Summer Camp and After School Activities programs. Shows properties, explains terms of occupancy, and provides information about the property to prospective tenants. Produces annual leases for MCM tenants and rental agreements. Collaborating with the Business Office is responsible for billing and collections for event rentals.
