Job Duties: The diagnosis and treatment of diseases and injuries of human organ systems, as a member of a team of doctors; The examination of patients for symptoms of organic or congenital disorders, and determination of the nature and extent of the injury or disorder by the appropriate use of diagnostic aids such as blood tests, electrocardiographs, and a stethoscope; The prescription of medications and recommendation of dietary activity programs, as indicated by diagnosis; and The pursuit of clinical teaching and/or research, where appropriate. Minimum Entry Qualifications: Medical degree in Medicine. Foreign equivalent degree accepted. Must have completed 36 months of Internal Medicine residency training.
