Imagine One Technology & Management, Ltd. is currently seeking a highly motivated Requirements Manager to support a United States Marine Corps (USMC) effort within Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic in Charleston, South Carolina. Key Responsibilities:

Conduct independent verification and validation to ensure requirements are accurate, traceable, and consistent with external guidance. Facilitate positive team dynamics to help maximize team performance. Work without considerable direction, and mentor and supervise team members.

Qualifying candidates must meet or exceed the following requirements:

Experience Requirements:

• Two (2) years of experience supporting Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) systems or programs to include:

• requirements development

• technical specifications development

• technical process and systems analysis

• test and evaluation criteria development

• analytical/logical thinking

• research, identification, and recommendations about resources required for task execution and completion

• Concept of Operations and Concept of Employment development

• A minimum of one (1) year of technical experience in support of Navy or Marine Corps engineering, software development, and/or integration efforts to include: requirements documentation, database management, and reporting and bi-directional tracing

• A minimum of one (1) year of experience supporting requirements development for Marine Corps Command and Control Systems (MC2S) and/or similar USMC / Navy software and/or hardware systems

• Experience related to military simulation, operations, logistics, and maintenance that assisted developers in formulating, articulating, and prioritizing requirements

• Experience providing analytical and technical support to projects involving tactical/operational documentation, military systems design, scenario development and/or other efforts requiring military operations expertise

Skills, Training, and Education Requirements:

• High school diploma/GED

• Technical training in systems engineering or requirements development

• Relevant skills and training in USMC requirements, capabilities, warfighting doctrine and functions, and combat operations is desired

• Relevant experience in telecommunications, data processing, or information technology is desired

Additional Requirements:

• Proficient with various requirements management tools (e.g., Atlassian tools, IBM Rational Tools, etc.)

• High-level attention to detail and the ability to multi-task and track various projects, tasks, schedules, and competing priorities

• Capable of adapting to fluid situations and prioritizing tasking in a dynamic environment

• Proven ability to collaborate and work effectively in a team environment

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Process-oriented and highly motivated

• Excellent and effective oral and written communication skills

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products

Security Requirements:

• U.S. Citizen

• Have or be eligible for a SECRET clearance

Additional Information:

• This is not a remote position.

• Travel: Less than 10%
