Technical Operations Engineer Senior (Systems Engineer, TS/SCI with Polygraph Required)

Our work depends on Systems Engineer Senior joining our team to provide technical advice and guidance on the installation, adaption, configuration, and/or enhancement of digital forensic software and hardware. The ideal candidate will use their expertise to resolve technical problems, provide testing support for all software application tiers, host one-on-one classroom end-user training to less experienced officers and technicians, and be willing to support up to 30% travel.

HOW A SYSTEMS ENGINEER SENIOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

  • Designs and defines system architecture for new or existing computer systems

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Outstanding customer focus and service skills.

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • 8 to 10 years of related engineering experience.

  • Ability to react positively to changing environments and advance progress with minimal direction

WHAT YOU’LL NEED TO SUCCEED:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Digital Forensics, Cybersecurity, or a related field.

  • Required Experience: 8 - 10 years related engineering experience.

  • Required Technical Skills:

  • A successful engineer will stay informed about emerging trends and technologies in digital forensics to continually enhance training programs and serve as a company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters for assigned projects. The candidate must be a team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. This person should embody a passion for continuous improvement and innovation.

  • Security Clearance Level: TS/SCI with Poly

  • Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Proven experience in digital forensics, with a focus on evident collection, analysis, and preservation.

  • Previous experience in training or teaching technical hands-on courses is a plus.

  • Any relevant certifications in digital forensics, cybersecurity, or computer hardware would be an advantage.

  • Location: On Customer Site

  • US Citizenship Required
