Leidos National Security Sector is seeking a Project Integrator to support an enterprise IT program. The Project Integrator will be responsible for ensuring that all administrative, financial, and operational aspects are running smoothly for the executive team.

Our client’s executive team leads a large department that is rapidly expanding with new and diverse program initiatives. To maintain the business cadence in time of change, the client requires specialized Front-Office program management support for the day-to-day business aspect of all matters in the department. The Project Integrator is empowered and responsible for ensuring that all administrative, financial, and operational aspects are running smoothly for the executive team. In this role you will:

  • Triage and route information flow in and out of the executive team for efficient communication with the broader organization,

  • Assist with the preparation and dissemination of communications,

  • Assist executive team members in prioritizing business strategies and decisions based on their schedules,

  • Manage the logistics of the executive team’s daily work, including scheduling presentations, interactions with colleagues, and scheduling or coordinating meetings,

  • Assist and communicate with the executive team in decision-making, program management, and initiative implementation,

  • Oversee all aspects of the planning process, including scheduling pertinent discussions, working with subject-matter-experts to compile the necessary data ahead of time, and document all key output,

  • Improve current processes and coordinate organizational procedures for optimized efficiency and productivity,

  • Serve as liaison between the executive team, the workforce and other leaders regarding project updates, proposals, and planning,

  • Assist organizing the workforce and assist with managerial and administrative responsibilities,

  • Oversee daily operations through collaboration with the executive team and other senior leaders, performing an array of administrative tasks, from managing calendars, generating correspondence, maintaining files, to planning and coordinating corporate meetings, and scheduling facilities

  • Build and develop relationships with all stakeholders for increased efficiency or responsiveness to existing operations,

  • Help define new operational strategies and work with executive team on special projects.

Required Security Clearance:

  • Active TS/SCI with Polygraph

Required Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Science, or similar field and 12+ years of relevant experience. Additional work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Demonstrated experience with Oracle Primavera tool to perform tasks such as administration of resources, setting up charge codes, reporting, managing resources, and delegation of approvals.

  • Demonstrated experience in a business or executive support role.

  • Demonstrated experience with efficient productivity.

  • Demonstrated experience as an effective process manager.

  • Demonstrated experience with success in a project coordination role.

  • Demonstrated experience with project reporting skills with a focus on inter-departmental communication.

Preferred Experience, Skills, and Education:

  • Demonstrated experience with the client’s entire onboarding process, to include accounts setup, coordinating security briefings, security checks, desk and location setup, and assignment to a team.

  • Demonstrated experience being data-driven, clear-minded, and objective under pressure.

  • Demonstrated experience as a superb communicator.

Pay Range:

Pay Range $122,200.00 - $220,900.00

The Leidos pay range for this job level is a general guideline onlyand not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data, applicable bargaining agreement (if any), or other law.
