Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented CLM Administrator to join our team! In this role you will get to analyze and evaluate existing and proposed application systems, focusing on complex and comprehensive applications and systems.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develops customer support plans for complex application systems.

  • Analyzes and evaluates existing and proposed application systems, focusing on complex and comprehensive applications and systems.

  • Reviews design proposals for technical feasibility and correctness. In cooperation with senior IT managers, establishes cost and schedule estimates for implementation of proposed applications and systems.

  • Provides a detailed analysis of a proposed system, preparing formal presentations that include charts, diagrams and other materials to support the problem analysis.

  • Identifies, analyzes and evaluates alternative design solutions. Recommends an appropriate and cost-effective solution to meet the identified user goals, objectives and requirements, focusing on complex systems.

  • Develops and assures the effective implementation of plans and procedures for major data conversion; determines customer acceptance criteria and creates an installation strategy. Prepares reports outlining the proposed systems or revisions.

  • Develops detailed specifications for a proposed new application or modifications, upgrades or enhancements to an existing system application, focusing primarily on complex or Enterprise-wide applications; develops the application or provides technical guidance to lower-level staff members during all stages of application development.

  • Develops procedures for testing programs and defining how programs interact in multi-program systems.

  • Collaborates with other members of the project development team throughout the design and implementation of the system solution.

  • Performs application development services and acts as lead support person for complex multi-system application installations, large system installations with complex software and applications or large system installations with complex business and management implications.

  • During application development, testing and implementation, conducts design reviews and technical briefings with user.

  • Recommends the introduction and use of appropriate improved or new tools and technologies; analyzes and develops the business case for adopting the proposed system, including potential benefits as well as the risks.

  • Works with third-party contractors and consultants to assure that delivered products and services meet contract specifications and satisfy customer needs and requirements.

  • Determines compliance with contract specifications and assesses progress in the development and implementation of applications and systems being developed by third-party contractors and consultants.

  • Mentors junior members of the team in support of applications, business processes, best practices, and professional responsibilities. To this end, provides team members with opportunities for learning and use of acquired skills with oversight and guidance as needed.

  • Provides suggestions for efficiency and quality improvements. Identifies best practices and lessons learned for dissemination throughout the team. Creates and documents standard processes and procedures.

  • Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • 4-year degree in Computer Science (or related curriculum) and at least 15 years of progressive experience in systems analysis and programming utilizing specialized languages (or an equivalent combination of work experience and education).

Salary Range:

$104,200.00 - $182,400.00
