Providence Centralia General Surgery is seeking a full-time physician assistant to join its team in Centralia, Washington. This position will be assisting in surgery roughly three to four days a week, with the remaining 1 to two days dedicated towards clinical responsibilities. The facility itself has127-beds and serves a diverse group of patients from teenagers to older adults. This is an opportunity to join a tight-knit and highly supportive team while working on a wide range of surgery cases in the beautiful community of Centralia.

• Monday to Friday schedule; 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

• Mix of surgery assist and clinical responsibilities

• New graduates are welcome to apply

• Compensation is between 130,831 and 176,217 per year

• The compensation amounts listed may include productivity or quality/service incentives, call pay, extra shift incentives, as applicable to the position. In addition, providers may have CME benefits available to them.
