Job Description Perform signal and power integrity analysis, using industry-standard simulation tools including ANSYS SI Wave, ADS and Hyperlynx, which will drive rules for digital designs Design serial data channels, including design of circuit board and cable interconnections, for high-speed SERDES interfaces up to 112 Gbps Develop and implement PCB and circuit design guidelines and best practices for signal and power integrity Collaborate with responsible engineers and layout designers to optimize designs for signal and power integrity Troubleshoot and resolve signal and power integrity issues in a lab environment Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in signal and power integrity technologies Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field Minimum of 2 semesters Electromagnetic Fields and Waves coursework completed and an intimate understanding of EM concepts is a must Minimum of 7+ years of experience in signal and power integrity engineering Strong understanding of signal and power integrity concepts, including transmission lines, impedance matching, crosstalk, and grounding Proficient in the use of signal and power integrity simulation tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills Intimate knowledge of class A Worst-Case Circuit Analysis of Digital Circuits at the Board Level for Signal Integrity, Decoupling, IR Drop, Interface Compatibility, Power Sequencing, Timing, Power Integrity Knowledge of any combination of chip, backplane, board and cable level interfaces: SERDES (NRZ and PAM4 encoded), SRIO, GMII, Memor, DDR, LVDS, PCI, Ethernet Knowledge of Modeling with IBIS, IBIS-AMI and using S-Parameters at the board, connector and cable level Experience designing for space-based applications a plus

Additional Information Compensation: Base pay range is $110,000 - $140,000 depending on qualifications. SEAKR has very rich medical, dental and vision insurance plans, along with a generous 401(k) retirement plan. In addition to base salary, employees are eligible for a year-end bonus. SEAKR offers a variety of paid leave, such as vacation, sick, bereavement, and FMLA.
