Customer service person needed 40 hours a week, Monday -- Friday.

• Heavy phones, walk in customer service

• Computer efficient -- Microsoft word, excel, invoicing, purchasing and accounts payable.  

• Reliable daily transportation and cell phone

• Math skills -- calculating rent totals, creating receipts, auditing tenant ledgers, calculating move in costs

• Adept at working with many types of customers -- addressing needs in a professional and helpful manner

• Clean and profession

• Self-starter, motivated will excel in this position and find themselves moving up through the organization
