Requirements:

• Must have unencumbered license in the state of Arizona or compact state.

Responsibilities:

• Document patient care and progress notes accurately and timely

• Monitor vital signs and report changes to the interdisciplinary team.

• Develop and implement nursing care plans that address patients' physical, emotional, and psychological needs

Pay Details: $42.00 per hour
