• Willing to learn insulation best practices
• Knowledgeable of basic construction parameters including: siding, home building/framing, thermal envelope
• Knowledge of hand tool operation such as, but not limited to, drills and pumps for installing insulation
• Willing to work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces
• Work year round in various climates
• Work on ladders up to 28 ft.in height.
