Inspire Brands Specialist, Constructions Services in Canton, Massachusetts

The Construction Services Specialist role will support all Inspire franchisee new and remodel store development projects. The role will provide Furniture, Fixture and Equipment Project management services support to team program leads and will report to the Sr. Manager of Construction Services located in the Boston based support center in Canton, MA.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Identify the relevant data sources to gather required data to develop recurring and/or one time reporting structures to support Inspire Brands growth goals. This will include but not be limited to maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and other tools to analyze data received and inputted. Identifying any errors and make corrections as needed.

  • Utilize data analytics tools to identify trends and patterns in the data and collaborate with the Senior team to understand the key metrics for forecasting and inventory planning needs. This will include assisting in crafting detailed and clear communications for both internal and external partners regarding equipment availability, scheduling, specifications, and lead times.

  • Continuously assess and analyze existing reporting and tracking processes for inefficiencies by identifying areas for improvement by gathering feedback from stakeholders and proposing possible solutions.

  • Provide direction, guidance and tracking support to franchisees, field executives, architects, and general contractors on the FF&E procurement process and best practices, including hosting calls to review projects.

  • Offer ongoing support and guidance to address any questions or challenges that arise during the FF&E procurement process by maintaining open lines of communication with vendors.

  • Serves as a resource to new hire(s) to help maintain the high level of project support to the team and department.

  • May assist Sr. team members in setting up & maintaining project files.

  • Other duties as assigned by Construction Services Sr. Manager.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

  • 4-year degree preferred

  • Prior experience with a restaurant or retail chain in a construction administrative support role preferred

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, or ABILITIES

  • Highly organized and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Advanced proficiency with Excel, as well as Microsoft Outlook, Word and Power Point required.

  • Able to manage multiple projects, tasks & deadlines simultaneously.

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel & Word.

  • Highly organized, detail oriented & able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.

  • Effective prioritizing & time management skills.

  • Strong communication skills & able to operate collaboratively.

  • High quality work produced with attention to detail.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
