Job Title: Registered Nurse

Job Description

Join our dedicated team as a Registered Nurse, where you will perform comprehensive nursing assessments upon client admission and oversee the safe administration of medications, taking care to prevent medication interactions and errors. You will maintain medical health records in compliance with DPH, CARF, TJC, ASAM, and OSHA standards, as well as our internal policies. Your role is crucial in monitoring clients' withdrawal symptoms, attending to their health needs, and implementing appropriate detox protocols. You will also be vigilant for signs of medical or psychiatric complications, promptly communicating any concerns to the medical team.

Work Environment

Full-time position, 36 hours per week with 12-hour shifts on a 3-week rotating schedule, including every third weekend. Shifts available: Second Shift 11am-11pm, Third Shift 7pm-7am

Pay Differential: 2nd shift: $4, Overnights $9, Weekends $5
