Job Title: Project Coordinator

Job Duties: Multiple openings available - Planning for project schedule and materials deliveries, approve shop drawings, manage costs for the project, check quality control, coordinate activities with general contractor. May need to travel to unanticipated client sites within the continental U.S.

Job Requirements: Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. 24 months experience as a Project Coordinator or related occupation such as Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager. 24 months of experience in Project Coordinator or related occupation such as Project Engineer, Field Engineer, Assistant Project Manager or Project Manager position. Experience must include 2 years of experience in the construction industry including reading plans/shop drawings, layout of concrete construction work, concrete takeoffs and quantities, submitting daily reports/quality control reports and knowledge of concrete construction. Ability to travel to unanticipated client sites within the continental U.S. as required.

Rate of Pay: $58,864.00 per year
