Job Description:

Responsible for organization of all office activities within the assigned department. Includes responsibility for appropriately planning and creating staff schedules and administrative or clerical tasks. Requires strong knowledge and ability to apply time and attendance language for purposes of scheduling, recordkeeping and disciplines. Works in conjunction with others to consistenly promote and create a positive atmosphere within the department for team members as well as patients.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. AA - Associate of Arts or Associate of Science preferred. 6 months of experience in an office environment required.

Salary Range:

$23.12-$34.66 per hour Wage will be determined based on factors such as candidate's experience, qualifications, internal equity, and any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
