• Directs the testing and examination of a variety of samples, specimens, or products, ensuring conformance to standards and specifications.

• Maintains records, prepares reports, and composes correspondence relative to the work.

• Directs the performance of the more demanding technological procedures. Writes and reviews investigations for out of level results and other microbiology related investigations.

• Performs analysis of data, interprets results, and evaluates trends. Performs other jobs duties as assigned including those consistent with any staffing, licensing or certification requirements.

• Plans, schedules, and submits operational activities and budgets to management. Maintains lab equipment and assists in maintaining laboratory facility to standards.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$19.52 - $42.91

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
