As a Dispatcher, your key responsibilities will be to coordinate the activity of drivers engaged in delivery of equipment and materials to ensure operational success. Prepare work schedules to ensure sufficient shift personnel are available for workload demands and monitor and maintain contact with drivers to safely expedite deliveries. Critical for success are the abilities to follow direction, multitask under extreme deadlines, work/interact well with others, and work long hours including evening and weekends.

What it takes:
1-3 years of relevant construction industry or transportation experience.
Familiar with DOT regulations, practices, and procedures
Computer proficiency
Electronic Onboard Device (EOD) experience (preferred)
Knowledge of different types of trucks or prior Dump Truck experience (preferred)
A valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles you may be driving and an acceptable driving record
