About Us

Plyler's, Inc. is a family-owned company that has been in business since 1992. We are looking for hard-working, self-motivated individuals who are able to work individually and in a team environment. Our team members travel throughout the United States to provide preventative HVAC cleaning services to commercial customers. Our team members travel for 10-12 days at a time, and enjoy 5-6 days off in between trips. Full-time employees are eligible to enroll in health insurance benefits and retirement/401(k).Technicians enjoy hourly pay that is above industry standard, as well as per diem and paid time off. For motivated and skilled workers, career advancement takes place rapidly.

Position Requirements:

• Required to pass physical assessment and drug testing • Ability to pass Motor Vehicle Records check to obtain driving privileges • Possess and maintain a valid Driver's License, subject to continuous review • Able and willing to work in varying weather conditions • Ability to work 12 hours per day • Most travel trips are a 10-day requirement • Basic mathematic and writing skills • Ability to present and maintain self in a professional manner with integrity • Ability to communicate effectively (orally and written) • Must be comfortable with and confident working at heights up to 40 feet above ground level and using extension ladders
