What you will do with us: Prepare and execute microbiology or chemistry tests in a highly regulated FDA, ISO and GMP industrial sterilization environment such as: Disinfection Efficacy Bioburden Sterility LAL Endotoxin Microbial Limits Anti-Microbial Effectiveness Read, interpret, and record test results Prepare technical documents using MS Word and Excel Create and edit Customer specific prep methods Participate in development and review of test methods and Standard Operating Procedures Assist and train Laboratory Technician I staff Maintain area inventory How you will learn your role: Review work instructions along with vital policies and procedures Take part in on-the-job training, overseen by your Hiring Manager Demonstrate ability to meet the requirements of the job Education Degree High School Diploma or GED if you have at least 4 years' experience in a Laboratory Associates Degree (2 year) - no experience required Required Experience Pass a drug and background check Demonstrate the ability to follow safety rules and be safety aware at all times Demonstrate the desire to learn, be productive and contribute to the team Demonstrate reliability and dependability Effectively communicate verbally and in writing Demonstrate knowledge of microbes or chemical assays and equipment Demonstrate knowledge of standard aseptic techniques and/or common laboratory equipment use.
