FP&A Leaders! One of my clients, a global leader in Consumer Packaged Goods is looking for a Director of FP&A to join their team in Brooklyn, NY. This role reports to the CFO and will drive strategic planning processes and initiatives across the business. The schedule is 2 days in office. Key requirements: - 10+ years in FP&A with management experience. - Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience a plus. - Bachelor's degree in Finance.

salary: $160,000 - $180,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Ensure that monthly and quarterly reporting is timely, relevant, and accurate.

• Lead the preparation of the annual plan and the monthly & quarterly forecasts.

• Provide decision support and timely financial analysis to guide strategic business initiatives.

• Identify areas of opportunities and risks for the business.

• Recommend and implement financial systems and tools, reporting mechanisms, business modeling and financial planning processes that will effectively scale the company's growth.

• Lead strategic business decisions through ad-hoc financial analysis and make recommendations to achieve strategic goals.

• Support Corporate Development with financial analysis and due diligence for acquisition and licensing targets.

• Continuously look to improve business processes related to financials and cost management.

• Produce financial reporting utilizing operating performance measures and metrics to analyze business performance.

• Evaluate and monitor capital project financial expenditures.

• Identify, implement and track key KPIs to manage business performance.
