Supervise and coordinate activities of food preparation, seasoning and cooking of food. Ensure quality control, taste recipes, ensure conformance with recipes and sanitation standards . Supervises workers engaged in inventory, storage of foodstuff and supplies. Order products and raw materials according to kitchen needs, estimate food consumption. Assist in rolling out new menu items. Participate in cooking dishes in menu as needed. Recruit and train kitchen employees.
