About the Role

Under the direction of the Nurse Manager/Designee your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Assisting residents with daily living functions such as feeding, bathing, dressing and supportive daily care in accordance with the resident care plan.

  • Assisting in medication administration

  • Work in conjunction with community support staff to adapt activities to resident’s conditions and cognitive abilities

  • Provide regular and timely feedback with other members of the community, the residents and support staff

  • Assist in the review and revision of residents’ care plans and profiles

About You

You must have:

  • High School Diploma/GED

  • Previous experience working in assisted living or with the geriatric population

  • Med pass experience preferred

  • CPR certified preferred
