Key responsibilities:

• Lead integration design for applications integrating with the ServiceNow and Genesys Cloud platform

• Identifying automation opportunities to improve efficiency of end to end service delivery processes

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 6+ years experience in IT and 2+ years experience in integration experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub.

• Integration experience in the shared service functions of HR and/or Finance and/or Procurement is required.

• Automation experience using UI Path or ServiceNow Automation Engine, or another automation tool is preferred.

Education:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
